Terms of Service

1. The IMAVISSIO Group

IMAVISSIO Ltd is an independent technology and innovation group registered in England and Wales. We develop and operate a portfolio of products and services across talent, enterprise, adaptive systems and next-generation infrastructures.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of all IMAVISSIO products and services. Product-specific terms, limitations, and disclaimers are set out in Section 12. By using any IMAVISSIO product, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

2. Access and Eligibility

To access IMAVISSIO products and services you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, complete information during registration or enquiry
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and these terms

IMAVISSIO Ltd reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any product or service at its discretion.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Where IMAVISSIO products are offered under subscription:

• All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the relevant product page
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or agreed basis
• Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider, who acts as Merchant of Record and handles all applicable VAT obligations
• IMAVISSIO Ltd does not store payment card details
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused portions

You may cancel any subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting Customer Service→. Cancellation stops all future billing; access continues to the end of the current paid period.

If you believe you have been charged in error or experienced a billing issue, contact Customer Service→ within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request fairly and in good faith.

3a. Consumer Rights and Digital Content

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period").

However, when you subscribe and choose to access the service immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day cancellation right once you begin using the service.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where a service is faulty or not as described.

4. Your Data and Content

Where you provide personal data, professional information, or content to use an IMAVISSIO product (including CV text, project briefs, investment preferences, or enquiry details), you grant IMAVISSIO Ltd a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that data solely for the purpose of operating the product on your behalf.

We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent. You are responsible for ensuring any content you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit sensitive personal data (such as national identification numbers, medical records, or financial account details) through our forms.

4a. Marketing Feedback / Testimonials Usage Rights

By providing feedback, testimonials, or reviews, you grant IMAVISSIO Ltd the right to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes, provided it does not include confidential or personally sensitive information without consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, algorithms, scoring systems, methodologies, templates, software, and materials provided by IMAVISSIO Ltd and across its product portfolio are the intellectual property of IMAVISSIO Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense any part of an IMAVISSIO product or its output without express written permission.

Any content generated by IMAVISSIO products on your behalf (including cover letters, analysis reports, intelligence summaries) is provided for your personal or internal business use only.

5a. Licence to Use Outputs

Subject to compliance with these Terms, IMAVISSIO Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use outputs generated by our products for your internal or personal use. You may not:

• Commercialise, resell, or distribute outputs
• Use outputs to build competing products or services
• Use outputs for training machine learning or AI systems

All rights not expressly granted remain with IMAVISSIO Ltd.

6. Limitation of Liability

IMAVISSIO Ltd provides its products and services on an intelligence and information basis. Across the portfolio, we do not guarantee:

• Specific outcomes resulting from use of any product (including employment offers, investment returns, or commercial results)
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data sources used within our products
• Uninterrupted, error-free product availability
• That any information provided reflects current real-world conditions at any specific point in time

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IMAVISSIO Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from use of any product is limited to the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim, or £100 where no payment was made.

7. No Warranty

All IMAVISSIO products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMAVISSIO Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of outputs
• Availability or uninterrupted operation
• Non-infringement

We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations or produce specific results.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IMAVISSIO Ltd from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of any IMAVISSIO product
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your breach of applicable laws or regulations
• Any content or data you submit to the platform

This obligation survives termination of your use of the services.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any IMAVISSIO product or service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense product access or output without authorisation
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary algorithms, data pipelines, or methodologies
• Circumvent subscription tiers, access controls, or product restrictions
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Harm, harass, or defraud any third party

Breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access across all IMAVISSIO products, with no refund obligation.

9a. Service Suspension / Termination Rights

IMAVISSIO Ltd may suspend or terminate access to any product or service immediately where:

• These Terms are breached
• Misuse or abuse of the platform is detected
• Required by law or regulatory obligation

We reserve the right to do so without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform, users, or business.

10. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Use a secure password
• Not share account access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

IMAVISSIO Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

11. Service Availability

IMAVISSIO operates digital products that depend on third-party infrastructure and data providers. We do not guarantee continuous availability of any product or specific delivery schedules beyond those committed within individual product documentation. Planned and unplanned maintenance may affect availability. We will communicate significant outages where practically possible.

IMAVISSIO Ltd does not provide guaranteed service levels unless explicitly agreed in a separate written Service Level Agreement (SLA).

12. Third-Party Services

IMAVISSIO products rely on third-party infrastructure, data providers, and software services. We do not control and are not responsible for:

• The accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data
• Outages or disruptions caused by third-party providers
• Changes to third-party services that impact functionality

Use of IMAVISSIO products may be affected by these dependencies, and no liability is accepted for such impacts.

13. Force Majeure

IMAVISSIO Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• War or civil unrest
• Cyberattacks
• Infrastructure or cloud service failures
• Regulatory or legal restrictions
• Any events which could be considered as Acts of God

During such events, obligations are suspended for the duration of the disruption.

14. Data Deletion and Retention

You may request deletion of all personal data held by IMAVISSIO Ltd at any time by emailing Legal & Privacy→. Retention periods vary by product — full details are set out in our Privacy Policy. In all cases, subscription data is deleted within 90 days of cancellation.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers and registered users by email with a minimum of 14 days notice. Continued use of any IMAVISSIO product after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available at this URL.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or any IMAVISSIO product or service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Product-Specific Disclaimers

Each IMAVISSIO product has specific characteristics, limitations, and legal considerations that require individual disclosure. These are set out below and form part of these Terms of Service.

17a. VisioHire Job Market Intelligence Disclaimer

VisioHire Job Market is a job search intelligence and preparation tool. Match volumes advertised on plan pages (e.g. "up to 20 matches per day") are maximum possible volumes, not guaranteed minimums. Actual volumes depend on live market availability, your search configuration, and job posting activity across our data sources. Counts will vary.

IMAVISSIO Ltd does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, job offers, or any specific application results. VisioHire Job Market assists preparation and targeting — it does not submit applications on your behalf or represent you to any employer.
